FIRST HEADLINERS REVEALED FOR 2026

Our Headliners Are Here: Introducing the First-Ever WellFest Belfast Line-Up for 2026

We are beyond excited to finally reveal the first wave of headliners for our debut WellFest Belfast festival, arriving in Ormeau Park in September 2026. For the first time ever, we’re bringing the full WellFest experience to Northern Ireland - an entire weekend dedicated to movement, mindfulness, community, and celebration.

Celebrating Homegrown Talent

For our very first Belfast edition, we wanted our line-up to champion the incredible talent that exists right across Northern Ireland - and we’re proud to say that’s exactly what we’ve done.

Leading our headliners is Newry native Maeve Madden, whose energy and global fitness community have inspired thousands. Joining her is Olympic and world champion gymnast Rhys McClenaghan, bringing an unmissable sporting presence to our festival stage.

We’re also thrilled to welcome Belfast-born therapist and bestselling psychotherapist Owen O’Kane, whose inspiring sessions on mental health and resilience will add powerful depth to our wellbeing programme. Alongside him, Dr Rebekah Jade - renowned yoga and breathwork expert who has even taught the England women’s football team - will guide WellFesters through grounding movement and breath.

Adding even more homegrown brilliance, Irish Paralympic gold medallist Ellen Keane joins our line-up, bringing her voice, vision, and champion spirit to both WellFest NI and WellFest Ireland.

Building a Festival That Represents Our Community

This first announcement reflects exactly what we want WellFest Belfast to stand for: strength, inclusivity, inspiration, and local pride. Alongside our headliners, we’re delighted to announce an incredible group of regional talent who will help shape our very first Belfast programme:

  • Glenn Wilkinson – Strength coach and former Gladiator contestant

  • Kathryn McKinstry – Fitness trainer

  • Cáoileánn Conway – Registered dietitian and sports nutritionist

  • Carla McGreevy – Breathwork therapist

  • House of Voga – High-energy, power-posing workouts

  • Finlay Thomas Wilson (The Kilted Yogi) – Inspiring yoga practice

  • Vanessa OgbonnaTraitors Ireland winner and footballer

And this is just the beginning - we’ll be announcing more celebrated international names and additional programme highlights in 2026.

A Special Moment for Our Team

As we celebrate 10 years of WellFest, bringing the festival to Belfast is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of. Our own team member - and Belfast native - Sarah King captures the sentiment perfectly:

“Launching WellFest in the city with such a strong first wave line-up of local heroes feels incredibly special. These voices represent the strength, inclusivity and energy of our wellness community here in Northern Ireland. With international headliners to follow in 2026, this first-look announcement is all about celebrating homegrown talent, showcasing the breadth of the festival programming, from yoga and fitness to inspiring talks, family activities and more. We’re inviting everyone to be part of a landmark year for WellFest.”
