Tom Morrison is a mobility coach and the creator of the Simplistic Mobility Method®.
His mission is to change lives through movement by helping people build a strong & flexible foundation, giving them freedom to train, move and live without feeling held back by their bodies.
After discovering fitness in his mid-20s, Tom’s early training was derailed by a lack of proper foundations, resulting in debilitating injuries. Through relentless study and experimentation, he developed a simple, no-nonsense approach to mobility that actually works!
Now, through his coaching, workshops, and online programs, Tom empowers people all over the world to understand their bodies, fix long-standing issues, and enjoy training again without fear of injury.
