YOUR WELLFEST 2026 CHECKLIST - HERE’S EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THIS WEEKEND!
WE CAN’T BELIEVE WELLFEST WEEKEND IS FINALLY UPON US WELLFESTERS!!! HERE IS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW (AND PREPARE) AHEAD OF THE WEEKEND.
STEP 1: PLAN YOUR SCHEDULE
If you haven’t already downloaded the WellFest app, make sure to download it now so you can plan your weekend! Within the app, you will find the full festival timetable. We recommend selecting the sessions you want to get to as ‘favourites’, so that you can make sure you don’t miss a thing!
You will also find our festival map and more information on all of our presenters!
STEP 2: PACK YOUR BAG!
The all important question… What do we need to bring???
Below is a checklist of some WellFest essentials that we recommend. One important thing to know: There is nowhere to store your bags on site, so try to make sure you only bring what you need and make sure the bag you are carrying is comfortable to wear!
Here’s what you should try to bring:
Refillable water bottle
Yoga mat
Layers (it is Belfast after all!)
Portable phone charger
Layers in case of all weather eventualities
Phone with your tickets and WellFest App to hand
Bag for any goodies you pick up while at WellFest - we hear there are some lovely samples on offer!
-
The best way to arrive. Anyone coming to WellFest on foot, your quickest route to the festival entrance is via the Ravenhill Road gates to Ormeau Park - follow the signs past the BMX track and the Indoor Tennis Courts and you'll soon spot our welcome arch. You can also come in through the Ormeau Road entrance gates: head towards the Ravenhill exit and take a left when you see the WellFest signs.
-
Roll in along the Lagan towpath, which runs right past the park - flat, traffic-free and easily the nicest route in. Belfast Bikes docking stations are dotted around the city centre, and cycle parking is available near the main Ormeau Road entrance to the park. If you're on your own bike, make your way to the festival entrance where you can park your bike for the day - don't forget your own bike lock as these are not provided by WellFest.
-
Coming from further afield? Ormeau Park sits just five minutes south of Belfast city centre. There's no parking available for attendees in Ormeau Park, so please make use of on-street parking in the local area - the closest car park is Charlotte Street Car Park. Getting dropped off? Head for the Ravenhill Gates for Ormeau Park.
-
Translink Metro services run along the Ormeau Road from the city centre every few minutes - jump off near the park gates and you're seconds away. Travelling from Dublin? Direct coaches run frequently from Dublin city centre and Dublin Airport to Belfast, then it's a short local bus or a half-hour walk to the park.
-
Dublin WellFesters, this one's yours: the Enterprise runs from Dublin Connolly to Belfast Grand Central in just over two hours - book ahead for the best fares. From Grand Central it's a 25-minute walk or a quick bus to the park. Coming from around NI? Botanic station is the closest stop, around 20 minutes' walk away.
