WE’RE HIRING! JOIN THE WELLFEST BELFAST TEAM

Dream job alert! If you love fitness, feel-good vibes, and bringing people together - we have the DREAM job opportunity for you.

As WellFest Belfast continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a Junior Community & Wellness Coordinator to help us nurture grassroots wellness communities and spread the WellFest energy far and wide. This is an entry-level, incentivised role, perfect for someone at the start of their career who’s excited to learn, get hands-on, and be part of something meaningful.

About the Role

This role is all about community, connection, and creativity. You’ll work closely with the WellFest team to help us get out an about with our new Belfast community through local engagement, events, and social content. Think discovering amazing studios, chatting to local wellness legends, snapping content at feel-good events, and helping us spotlight what makes each community special.

Time commitment:

  • 1 day per week from November 2025 - March 2026

  • Increasing to 2 days per week from March onwards

Compensation:

  • Daily rate plus incentivised extras

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the WellFest team in building and nurturing a local wellness community in Belfast/NI

  • Getting stuck into online and offline community engagement, including attending local fitness and wellness events

  • Helping us discover and highlight local studios, park runs, cafés, and wellness brands

  • Capturing photos and short videos at local activities (with guidance from our marketing team)

  • Sharing ideas and supporting content for WellFest social channels

  • Engaging positively with the community on social platforms, always in line with WellFest guidelines

  • Collaborating with the wider team through planning sessions and regular check-ins

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need loads of experience - just the right energy and attitude.

We’d love someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and healthy living

  • Is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys building relationships

  • Is comfortable working towards goals with support and encouragement

  • Has basic familiarity with social media (personal use is totally fine!)

  • Is keen to learn, open to feedback, and excited to grow

  • Is organised, reliable, and able to manage their time with guidance

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

  • Experience taking photos or videos on a smartphone

  • An interest in marketing, events, or community management

  • Awareness of the local fitness and wellness scene

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience in community building and wellness marketing

  • Mentorship and support from the WellFest marketing and events team

  • Opportunities to develop skills in content creation, social media, and brand engagement

  • Real exposure to the fitness and wellness industry in a positive, collaborative environment

If you’re passionate about wellness, love connecting with people, and want to grow alongside an uplifting brand - we’d love to hear from you! Drop us an email via the link below (please include your CV and cover letter) and the team will be in touch.
